Step 1 - Registration
We couldn't be more excited to welcome you to the MMSPA Conference 2027! Whether you're returning to reconnect with friends or joining us for the very first time, we believe these few days away will leave you refreshed, encouraged, and better equipped for the ministry God has called you to.
Your conference registration includes breakfast and lunch each day, our Welcome Dinner, conference activities, special gifts (for spouses too!), and all conference sessions. To give you the opportunity to explore the Grapevine/Waco area and enjoy time with new and old friends, dinner will be on your own each evening, with the exception of our Welcome Dinner on opening night and dinner during the Waco excursion.

We can't wait to welcome you to Cross City Church and the Gaylord Texan this April. We pray your time at MMSPA is filled with meaningful conversations, practical encouragement, genuine fellowship, and the rest that comes from stepping away to be renewed for the work ahead.

Step 2 - Hotel Accommodations
A room block has been reserved at the conference hotel for the first 30 attendees. Hotel accommodations are not included in your conference registration and must be booked separately. If the initial room block fills, please let us know—we will be happy to request additional rooms based on availability.

Before you arrive, we'd love to learn a little more about you! Please take a few minutes to complete the conference questionnaire after registering. Your responses will help us purchase the appropriate number of activity tickets, plan the best experiences for both attendees and spouses, accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies, prepare conference materials, and ensure we create the best possible experience for everyone.
