Host Pastor
John Meador
Lead Pastor, Cross City Church
John Meador has served as a lead pastor for more than 40 years and has led Cross City Church in Euless, Texas, since 2006.
Profoundly deaf since childhood, John has experienced God’s grace in transforming adversity into purpose—a message that shapes both his preaching and his book, God’s Not Done With You.
His passion is helping people discover that God is never finished writing their story.
John and his wife, Kim, have been married for 48 years and are the parents of six grown children.
In his free time, he enjoys building projects, working on his 1992 OBS Ford F-150, and watching what he affectionately calls “real” sports.

Ashlee Garcia
Senior Manager, Stand for Life
Ashlee Garcia serves as the Senior Manager of Stand for Life at the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission.
She is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Ashlee and her husband, Greg, who serves as Student Minister at Cross City Church, live in Texas with their daughter, Audrey.

Sharon Smith
Executive Volunteer, Cross City Church
Sharon Smith has been a dedicated member of Cross City Church for more than 40 years and has spent countless hours investing in the people and ministries of the church.
She serves as Executive Volunteer overseeing Guest Central, directs SALT—Cross City’s two-year Servant Approach to Leadership Training program—and teaches numerous Precept Bible study classes.
Sharon’s heart for hospitality, discipleship, and excellence is evident in all she does.
She and her husband, Claude, have three children, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
